50% deposits for the workshops are due by Oct. 1st with the remaining balance due by Oct. 15th.  If you are unable to attend, please let us know ASAP so we may add another person from the waiting list.  Deposit refunds will be given through Oct. 10th.  Refunds after the Oct. 10th will only be made if the seat can be filled from waiting list.

Fashion Show

Maggie will be explaining the designs, offering tips for different sizes and ages,  including  how designs can be worn in a variety of styles. Which yarns suit which styles, the drape, the hang, all coming from her 30 years experience as a leading Fashion designer. Maybe an Irish joke might be thrown in too!! Afterwards  you'll have the opportunity to try these outfits on with Maggie's personal advice on your style and color just for you.

For the fashion show, we will need five (5) volunteers to be models.  The requirements preferably over 5'6" in height and one aged 16-22 size 6-10.  The remaining can be varied ages and size 8-14.  Please contact us if you or anyone you know would be interested.

Oh No Not Another Scarf! (Saturday)

Starting with Maggie's signature stitches like rag knot, tubes, splits, and the ladder stitch. You'll create a sampler piece that can be turned into a scarf, purse or table runner. This project will be your special creation and design with the guidance of Maggie and her design ideas. Plus, you'll learn the additional finishing techniques necessary to make your project an amazing success.

Knot It and Knit It (Sunday)

Learn new stitches taking you beyond the previous workshop, Maggie takes you several steps further and teaches you even more of her interesting textures, stitches, and techniques with great ideas on using up your stash and mixing it with new yarns.  Ramping things up a notch, you'll learn how to incorporate leather, feathers, and other materials to expand your creativity. Maggie will help you create a whole new style of knitting!
